Christmas time is upon us! We’re decorating, shopping, attending parties, baking, addressing Christmas cards, wrapping and mailing packages. We’re almost frantic to get everything done and know we only have a few days left before Christmas day. At Nancy B’s, we’ve been repairing lamps like crazy and getting out orders as the year winds down. Also in our thoughts are goals for 2026 and lots of planning is under way.

We will be ordering new and exciting fixtures that are sure to please, you, our customer. Bringing in new fixtures for the showroom means we must know our market, clientele, and listen to our customer’s desire. Listening is most important! Have you ever worked with a salesperson who seems to be elsewhere as you describe your needs? It’s very frustrating. Planning your lighting needs as you build or renovate in 2026 is exciting and working with caring salespeople is who we are. Let’s tackle our long-term goals together.

I want to thank all our customers who enabled 2025 to be successful and thanks also go to our vendors and reps who were with us every step of the way. My heart is full of gratitude for each of you. May you have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and enjoy the real reason for this season.
