Working together, sharing stories about family members, meeting each other’s children and spouses, lending a shoulder to cry on, celebrating exciting and happy times, sharing a meal and laughing together; these are traits of a family. And all of these things are what our Nancy B’s family is all about.

Good old fashion manners are quite evident at Nancy B’s. We greet our guests with a smile and walk them to the door when they leave. We all enjoy technology which is a great saving tool and communication vehicle but makes personal contact even more important. Retail is about people, not product. I love knowing technology does not eliminate our putting pen to paper. We actually hand write thank you notes to our customers. We appreciate the people who come into our showroom and while we thank them in person, we feel a thank you note is evident of our sincere thanks.

Everyone at Nancy B’s is excited to see the new fixtures arriving and all take great pleasure in helping with the selections, placement and even the assembly. We get close and personal to our fixtures and get to know them. We know how they are wired, the light out-put they provide, the finishes available and the story behind their design.
