I often receive kind notes from our customers thanking us for the great care we displayed when assisting them with their lighting needs. I am most appreciative of their taking time to thank us and so proud of our staff! We strive to listen and encourage as well as offer suggestions. Selecting lighting should be fun but for many, it is a tough job and can be very stressful. Most often, lighting is the last of many decisions to be made when building a home or remodeling. Everything else has finally been done; flooring, paint choices, countertops, appliances and even layouts for new furnishings. Wait! What about lighting? Oh no, not another selection. Well, rest at ease. At Nancy B’s House of Lights, we understand. We don’t just sell lighting, we are compassionate, friendly and experienced and want our customers to feel relaxed and remain positive about their experience in our showroom. We answer questions and the results have proven beneficial for many. Sometimes just talking through the situation and needs can alleviate the stress and help our customers feel more comfortable in making the right lighting choices. Yes, we are in the lighting business but our focus is helping people.
