LED: Light Emitting Diode which is a semi conductor device with two terminals allowing the flow of current in one direction only and it emits light when activated. So what does this all mean? The talk around town and the world (besides politics) is most definitely about LED’s. The lighting world has changed drastically, there is no wonder we have questions about it. My own wording for LED’s is “Light Exciting Development”. Lighting is very personal and lots of people have different opinions. The color temperature of LED’s (Kelvin) seems to be of most interest. We look better and food looks better in a warmer temperature as offered with 2700K to 3000K. We have many LED sources in our showroom; under cabinet lights, chandeliers, fan lights, bath, bulbs and exterior. Don’t be afraid of them, embrace them!
